B/O tk 26.09.2022 KS,J IA.No.1 OF 2022 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.8195 of 2022 dt.16.09.2022 that he should appear before the concerned Police on every Monday and Thursday between 10.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. for a period of eight weeks or till filing of the charge sheet whichever is earlier. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is admitted in the hospital and further as and when the petitioner attends the police station, the police are harassing him.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner had attended the police station, earlier, as directed by this Court. Since it is stated that the petitioner is admitted in the hospital, the condition to appear before the police is relaxed for the period of his hospitalization. The other conditions remained unaltered.
