This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 seeking quashment of the proceedings in Crime No.387 of 2010 of Mancherial Police Station, Adilabad District.

While so, today the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, while producing the letter, dated 06.06.2015, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Mancherial Police Station, Adilabad District, would submit that in this case, investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed on 30.10.2011 and the case was registered as C.C.No.1615 of 2012 and pending on the file of the Principal Judicial First Class Magistrate, Mancherial and sought for dismissal of the petition. There is no representation for the petitioners. In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
