THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.12927 of 2013 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2 in obstructing the petitioner' s club in conducting the game of rummy with stake and syndicate with money in the club premises by its members, as illegal and arbitrary.

Since there are no interim orders passed in the present writ petition which was filed in the year 2013, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition, with a liberty to file fresh petition, if the harassment, as alleged in the writ petition, still continues.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting the liberty as prayed for. No costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed.
