THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

This Court by order dated 29.6.2018 in W.P.No.22234 of 2018 observed that the petitioner is entitled to be in service till he attains the age of 60 years and also directed that the petitioner shall be continued in service for a period of eight weeks. Alleging noncompliance of the said order, this contempt case is filed. On 7.6.2019, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondent University produced copy of letter dated 8.4.2019, ordering continuation of petitioner till he attains the age of 60 years. Taking note of the said fact and as there was no representation on behalf of petitioner, matter was directed to be listed on 14.6.2019 under the caption "for dismissal".

Today, when the matter is called, again there is no representation on behalf of petitioner.

In view of the orders passed by the Registrar, Kakatiya University on 8.4.2019, complying with the orders of this Court, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
