Learned counsel for the appellant filed an affidavit of Bhoge Jayarama Reddy, the first plaintiff, who filed the Suit along with his sisters Lakshmi Devamma and Suvanamma, and the said Suit was dismissed. Aggrieved by the same, the plaintiffs preferred the present Appeal. Later, it was settled out side the Court. Hence, they seek permission of the Court to withdraw the Appeal. Accepting the request of learned counsel for the appellant, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
