This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.32 of 2015 from the file of the Judge, Family Court, Mahabubnagar, and transfer the same to any other competent Court at Proddatur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
