Smt.Nalla Uma v. The State Of Telangana. Rep. By Its Principal Secretary
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO W.P.No.3693 of 2017
ORDER
This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.3 & 4 in summoning the petitioner to the police station and indulging in illegal acts of verbal and physical assault at the behest of the 5th respondent.
Learned Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, submits that as of now, no complaint was received from any one including the 5th respondent. But the enquiry revealed that the petitioner, on mere apprehension, has been preventing the police from taking any action in the event of lodging a complaint by the 5th respondent.
Since there is no complaint from the 5th respondent and in the absence of any basis for the averments made in the affidavit, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ___________________________________ JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO 13th February, 2017 rkk
