JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed against the judgment and decree, dated 18.11.1996, in O.S.No.3 of 1989, on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Proddatur.

At the hearing, there is no representation for the appellant. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel to dismissal of the AS, interim order, dated 03.04.1997, shall stand vacated and AS.MP.No.3937 of 1997 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
