This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioner/respondent in I.A.No.298 of 2011 in O.P.No.88 of 2010 is directed against the order, dated 21.01.2013, of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Huzurabad, Karimnagar District, passed in the said interlocutory application. 2.

There is no representation for the petitioner. The letter, dated 22.07.2017, addressed by the learned Senior Civil Judge discloses that the O.P. itself was disposed of on 20.07.2013. 3.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
