HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.15971 of 2016 ORDER:

This is the renewed application of petitioner/A4 seeking pre-arrest bail in Cr.No.86 of 2015 of Chitvel PS, Kadapa District which is registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 353, 307, 120B, 379 r/w 149 IPC, Section 20 (i) (c) (ii) (iii) (vi), Section 29 (iv) (a) of A.P.Forest Act, 1967, Rules 3 and 4 of Sander Wood Transit Rules, 1969 and Section 3 of PDPP Act, 1984.

2) His earlier applications in Crl.P.Nos.1000 and 9315 of 2016 were dismissed by this Court on 05.02.2016 and 05.07.2017 respectively in view of the gravity of offences charged against him and other accused. The petitioner could not show any remarkable changed circumstances to consider his bail application.
