This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 17.12.2014, in Writ Petition No.38737 of 2014. At the hearing, Sri S.V.Ramana, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, submitted that after the Contempt Case was last adjourned, the respondent has considered the petitioner's representations and paid the money to him towards

extra mileage.

Sri E.Maruthi Raja, learned counsel for the petitioner, has admitted this submission.
