This Writ Petition is filed with the following prayer: ".....to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring G.O. Ms.No.147, Municipal Administration & Urban Development, (MA) Department Dt. 22/9/2020 issued by the 1st respondent as arbitrary, illegal and violative of fundamental rights of the Petitioner under Articles 14 and 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India and violative of principles of natural justice, quash the same and restrain the respondents from taking further action under the impugned notification."

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant Writ Petition.
