This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, challenging the order, dated 16.10.2019, passed in I.A.No.832 of 2018 in GOP No.690 of 2015, by the Principal District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, whereby, the petition filed by the respondent No.1 herein under Order I Rule 10(2) read with Section 151 of CPC to add the proposed respondent No.2 herein/ mother of the minor ward as respondent No.2 in the subject GOP, was allowed. 2 .

Head the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the proposed respondent No.2 herein/ mother of the minor ward is a necessary party for determination of the dispute between the parties in subject GOP No.690 of 2015, which is filed for custody of the minor ward by name Gajula Syam Akshwaju. The Court below is justified in passing the impugned order. There is no perversity in the order under challenge. The Civil Revision Petition is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed.

In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this CRP, shall stand closed.
