Heard counsel for the petitioner and Sri Guru Gopal, Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent. 2.

This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of the order dt.25.06.2015 in WP.MP.No.23863 of 2015 in WP.No.18443 of 2015.

The respondent in the Contempt Case has filed WV.MP.No.2694 of 2015 to vacate the said order. 4.

The said WV.MP. has been allowed on 02.01.2017 and the interim order granted on 25.06.2015 in WP.MP.No.23863 of 2015 has been vacated.

In this view of the matter, I am not inclined to punish the respondent for committing contempt of the interim order. 6.

Therefore, this Contempt Case is dismissed. No costs. 7.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand dismissed.
