HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7380 of 2018 ORDER :

The petitioner is A.1 among five accused of Crime No.447 of of Vanasthalipuram Police Station of Rachakonda Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 498-A and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, later altered to Section 304(B) r/w.34 IPC from 302 IPC while retaining the other penal provisions.

Leave about the petitioner went unsuccessful before the Court of Sessions in Crl.M.P.No.2241 of 2018, dated 13.06.2018, along with A.2, this court while dismissing the bail application of the petitioner, granted regular bail to A.2, father of petitioner/A.1, by order, dated 11.07.2018, in Crl.P.No.6797 of 2018, particularly with the observation at paras 3 and 4 that the propensity of the crime mainly is against A.1 and A.1 is not entitled to the concession of regular bail, but for A.2, and even in the present application though there is no bar, there is no changed circumstances that could be make out to maintain. 3.
