THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.900 of 2013 ORDER:

This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is directed against the docket order dated 17.09.2012 of the learned III Additional District Judge (Judge, Fast Track Court), Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, passed in IA.no.286 of 2012 in OS.no.217 of 2006. By the said orders, the Court below closed the afore-said Interlocutory Application filed by the revision petitioners-plaintiffs under Order XII Rule 6 and Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, to pass judgment in favour of the plaintiffs without waiting for determination of any other questions.

This Court, on 22.03.2013, ordered notice before admission and since then this revision petition is pending. On a perusal of the note of the Registry it appears that the suit itself was disposed of on 09.10.2014. Therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
