B/O ns 06.07.2022 KS,J I.A.NO.1 OF 2022 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner/Accused No.2 in Crl.P.No.9506 of 2021 dt.21.12.2021 that he should appear before the police concerned on every Sunday between 10.00 am and 02.00 PM and he shall not leave this State till completion of trial. Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has been complying with the orders of this Court and the entire investigation is completed except mere filing of charge sheet. In the said circumstances, the condition imposed upon the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the investigating authorities as and when required. With regard to the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned police not leaving the State till completion of trial, the petitioner is at liberty to move the concerned jurisdictional magistrate by filing an application if he intends to travel abroad and seek permission to travel showing the necessity for such travel and upon such application

OFFICE NOTE made, considering the necessity of this petitioner, the concerned magistrate shall dispose of the said application. For the reason that the petitioner's travel is out of the State within India he shall intimate such necessity to the concerned police and give the itinerary regarding his travel.
