The present transfer petition, under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed seeking to withdraw O.P.No.1 of 2012 from the file of learned Senior Civil Judge, Huzurabad, and transfer the same to the file of learned Senior Civil Judge, Mahabubabad.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the said O.P. was disposed of on 17.01.2018 and, therefore, the present transfer petition becomes infructuous.

3. Recording the same, the present transfer petition is dismissed as infructuous.
