THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.6784 of 2011 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in this case was as to the alleged inaction on the part of the Police Authorities in investigating Crime No.16 of 2011 on the file of the Achanta Police Station, West Godavari District. The Sub-Inspector of Police, Achanta Police Station, West Godavari District, addressed written instructions dated 16.06.2015 to the office of the learned

Government Pleader for Home wherein he stated that upon due investigation in Crime No.16 of 2011 which was registered under Section 324 read with Section 34 I.P.C., an appropriate charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Palakol and after a full dressed trial, the case ended in acquittal on 26.12.2012.

In that view of the matter, the complaint of the petitioner as to the inaction of the Police Authorities is shown to be without basis. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
