The grievance of the petitioners was that the police authorities, respondent Nos.2 to 5, were interfering in the matrimonial dispute which is the subject matter of D.V.C.No.26 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Hayatnagar. This interference was allegedly at the instance of the unofficial respondent Nos. 6 to 8. The petitioners further alleged that the police authorities were forcing a settlement under threat of registration of criminal cases against them.

2. The Sub Inspector of Police, Hayatnagar Police Station, Cyberabad, furnished written instructions dated 30.10.2015 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home wherein he stated that no complaint or case has been registered against the petitioners on the file of his police station and that they were not summoned to the police station. He further stated that the petitioners were never required in any case registered on the file of his police station and that the police authorities never interfered with the petitioners' matrimonial dispute with the unofficial respondents.

On similar lines, the Sub-Inspector of Police, Uppal Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, furnished written instructions dated 13.11.2015 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home wherein he stated that no complaint or case had been received or registered against the petitioners on the file of Uppal Police Station and that the petitioners were not summoned to the police station. He further stated that the police authorities never interfered with the matrimonial dispute of the petitioners herein with the unofficial respondents.

4. The aforestated stand of the police authorities, as set out in the written instructions furnished, is duly taken on record. In the light thereof no adjudication is required in the writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. ____________________ JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR November 16, 2015 Lmv
