- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.14056 OF 2017 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up, Smt. S.V. Indira, learned counsel for petitioners, submitted that by order, dated 27.02.2017 this Court disposed of W.P.No.2531 of 2012 and batch directing that pursuant to letter, dated 15.03.2011, the Principal Secretary, Energy Department, State of Andhra Pradesh, shall issue instructions to the Chairman and Managing Director, APSPDCL, Tirupati, Chittoor District, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

Following the said order, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing that pursuant to letter, dated 15.03.2011, the Principal Secretary, Energy Department, State of Andhra Pradesh, shall issue instructions to the Chairman and Managing Director, APSPDCL, Tirupati, Chittoor District, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
