HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 3037 of 2019 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner/defendant is that his wife filed OS.No.140 of 2018 against him for perpetual injunction restraining him from alienating the suit schedule property to an extent of 210 Sq.Yards, situated at Jawahar Colony, Chandanagar Village, Serilingampally Mandal; that the Court below without issuing any notice to him granted Ad-Interim Injunction on 16.02.2018 in IA.No.106 of 2018 in OS.No.140 of 2018, restraining him from alienating, creating charge, mortgage, gift or transfer the schedule property in favour of third parties and extending the same from time to time and the same is in force as on today; and that in the said IA, after receiving the notices he being defendant filed counter on 27.06.

2018 praying to dismiss the said IA, but, however, the Court below is adjourning the said IA from time to time for one reason or the other without deciding the said IA. Aggrieved by the same present Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the XV Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cumII Additional Family Court, Kukatpally at Miyapur, Ranga Reddy District to dispose of the said IA, as expeditiously as possible. Heard both sides.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the Court below i.e. XV Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-II Additional Family Court, Kukatpally at Miyapur, Ranga Reddy District, is directed to dispose of

IA.No.106 of 2018 in OS.No.140 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
