Petitioner prays for Mandamus, declaring the action of respondents in not investigating FIR No.231 of 2012 dated 21.7.2012 for the offences under Sections 468, 506, 156(3) of Cr.P.C., as illegal and contrary to Criminal Procedure Code.

The Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submit that the 2nd respondent completed the investigation and filed C.C.No.151/2014 in the court of Additional Judicial First class Magistrate, Karimnagar and the matter is pending trial.

The writ petition is accordingly closed, as no further order is necessary. No order as to costs.
