The present writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to complete the investigation in Crime No.85 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 409 IPC on the file of Nampally Police Station, on 24.04.2018 and to file a charge sheet before the concerned Court.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home obtained written instructions, dated 12.11.2019, from the Sub-Inspector of Police, Nampally Police Station, Hyderabad City, and placed the same on record. 4.

In the aforestated written instructions, it is stated that upon registration of Crime No.85 of 2018, the authorities took up investigation in the matter and in the course of investigation, L.Ws.1 to 5 were examined and recorded their statements. Thereafter, a notice under Section 41-A(1) read with Section 41(1)(b) Cr.P.C. was served on the accused person on 19.05.2018. It is further stated that the investigation in the matter has been completed and a charge sheet has been laid before the XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, (S.R.No.12054 of 2019) and C.C. number is awaited.

In the light of the above written instructions, since the investigation in the matter is completed and a charge sheet is filed before the concerned Court, the grievance of the petitioner, with regard to

completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet, stands redressed and no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. 6.
