HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Petitioner retired from service in Society for Employment and Training in Twin Cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad (SETWIN). Grievance of the petitioner is that she is entitled certain retirement benefits, but so far those benefits are not paid. Alleging nonpayment of increments and retirement benefits, petitioner made a representation on 27.07.2016. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that even this representation is not acted upon so far and no orders are passed, causing lot of hardship and suffering to the petitioner.

Having regard to the fact that petitioner has ventilated her grievance through her representation dated 27.07.2016 and the same is stated to be pending with the respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner submitted on 27.7.2016 and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
