HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.24640 of 2018 ORDER:
Heard Mr.Kiran Palakurthy for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Aggrieved by the order dated 05.05.2018 passed by the 3rd respondent, the petitioner filed revision along with interlocutory application before the 2nd respondent and the same is pending.
Now the grievance of petitioner is that neither the interlocutory application nor the revision is taken up for hearing. Hence, the writ petition.
This Court, after perusing the grounds raised by petitioner, to meet the ends of justice, disposes of the writ petition by this order.
(a) The 2nd respondent considers and disposes of the interlocutory application filed by petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
(b) The 2nd respondent considers and disposes of the revision filed by petitioner within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
(c) The petitioner is given liberty to file memo by enclosing a copy of this order for timely compliance of the direction issued by this Court.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
