Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development for Respondent No.1, Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.2, Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.3 and perused the material available on record.

Though the impugned notice dated 4.12.2019 is styled as show cause notice, contents of the same indicates that it is a final order, directing the petitioner to remove the unauthorized structures within three days. It is evident from the notice that already the subject property has underwent earlier round of litigation.

In view of the same and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is granted liberty to submit his explanation to the impugned notice dated 4.12.2019 within a period of one week from today and upon receipt of such explanation, the 3rd respondent shall pass appropriate orders thereon and take action in accordance with law without any further delay within a period of two weeks thereafter. 5.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
