ORDER

This revision under Section 115 of C.P.C., is filed challenging the order dated 15.02.2016 passed in E.A.No.34 of 2016 in E.A.No.72 of 2015 in E.P.No.197 of 2014 in O.S.No.124 of 2014 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Khammam.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that since the E.P. itself was disposed of on 20.04.2016 by the trial Court, the cause in the revision does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand dismissed.
