With the same terms and conditions and the reasoning adopted therein, the Writ Petition is ordered. No order as to costs. Office is directed to append a copy of order in W.P.No.4881 of 2015, dated 04.03.2015, along with this order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
