OFFICE NOTE 10.11.2022 KS,J I.A.No.1 of 2022 The present application is filed seeking to relax/remove the Condition No.2 in the order dated 20.09.2022 in Criminal Petition No. 8196 of 2022.

Even according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitionerAccused No.3 is not yet released as he is detained under P.D. Act.

The condition imposed would be operative only in the event of release of petitioner. Since, he is not yet released, the question of attending before the Police does not arise.

Subsequently, in the event of the petitioner appearing in accordance with Condition No.2, he can move this Court.

Accordingly, this application is disposed off.
