HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.6184 OF 2015 ORDER:
Mrs. D. Radha Rani, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that subsequent to filing of the present writ petition, provisions of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 were invoked and the proceedings were challenged by filing a writ petition and the same was allowed, and, therefore, the present writ petition becomes infructuous.
Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition stand closed.
