It is represented by Sri Kasa Jaganmohan Reddy learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Sri N. Bhopal Reddy, learned Counsel appearing for the third respondent that due to non implementation of G.O.Ms.No.32, Education Department, dated 22.02.2008, the subject matter of the Writ Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication

therein.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Counsel, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence.
