HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 15460 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the rejection of the application of the petitioners seeking permission in favour of the second petitioner Institution for starting M.P.Ed course at its 313th meeting of SRC held on 2nd and 3rd May, 2016 pointing out certain deficiencies. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the required documents were already submitted and without considering those documents the permission was rejected. He further submits that the last date for grant of formal recognition for the academic year 2017-18 is 02.05.2017. If that is so, it is open to the petitioners to bring it to the notice of the respondents 2 and 3 with regard to compliance of the deficiencies and the material already submitted and it is for the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the same in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
