Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development for Respondent No.1, Smt.D.Madhavi, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.2, Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent Nos.3 and 4 and perused the material available on record.

The only grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that without considering the reply dated 2.12.2019 submitted by the petitioner to the notice dated 21.11.2019, the respondents are contemplating to demolish the constructions made by the petitioner in the subject property. 4.

In view of the same and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondents not to demolish any constructions mentioned in the Notice dated 21.11.2019 issued by the 3rd respondentMunicipality without passing orders on the reply submitted by the petitioner on 2.12.2019. The Respondents shall complete the exercise within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
