THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 9408 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 141 2013 on the file of Shabad Police Station, Ranga Reddy District. Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that after conducting a detailed investigation into the crime, the police have filed a charge sheet on 27.09.2013 before the Judicial Magistrate of I Class Court, Chevella and the same was numbered as C.C.No. 343 of 2013. It is also brought to my notice that the case was listed for trail on 11.07.2015.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, leaving open all such remedies as are available to the petitioners under law, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
