Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the respondent-Corporation. 2.

Petitioner was originally appointed as daily wage conductor and subsequently, her services were regularized on 01.08.2000 in Nizamabad region. She requested for transfer to Secunderabad region by accepting to lose her seniority based on the date of original appointment in Nizamabad region. Accepting the said request, she was transferred to Secunderabad region. However on her request again she was posted to Nizamabad region vide order dated 15.09.2015 on deputation and she continues to work there.

In this writ petition, petitioner though seeks a declaration that the action of respondents in treating the petitioner appointment as conductor in Secunderabad region is arbitrary and illegal, confines relief to consideration of representation for further retention.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner submitted application on 11.09.2018 requesting for further continuation on deputation in Nizamabad region. In response to the said application, the Regional Manager sent proposals to the Executive Director on 12.09.2018 and therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks direction to consider the said request for further continuation on deputation in Nizamabad region.

Having regard to the above, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Executive Director, to take a decision on the request of the petitioner for further continuation on deputation in Nizamabad region on due consideration of the proposal submitted by the Regional manager, dated 12.09.2018, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
