Petitioners have moved this writ petition even when the mutation proceedings are pending with the third respondent and the objections of the petitioners dated 20.03.2015 are already stated to be on record before the third respondent.

2. Since the proceedings are still pending, there is no reason to entertain the present writ petition and the direction as sought for cannot be granted when the third respondent is yet to consider the mutation sought for in the light of the objections filed by the petitioners. Let the third respondent pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and only, thereafter, the petitioners can take appropriate legal course available to them in accordance with law, if they are dissatisfied wit the order.
