It is the case of the petitioner that petitioner's contract period was extended up to 31.07.2016 by proceedings dated 31.05.2016. Subsequently, by impugned proceedings dated 18.06.2016 the petitioner's contract is terminated by 31.05.2016. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.Bala Rangaiah, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 to 4. Sri G.Bala Rangaiah, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 to 4 submits that they are not going to disturb the services of the petitioner till 31.07.2016 and they are taking steps for issuing fresh tender.

Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 to 4, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stands closed.
