Heard before admission and perused the impugned order and other material on record.

Since there are no grounds to interfere with the interim maintenance awarded at Rs.10,000/ - p.m. to respondent No.1 herein, in Crl.MP.No.651 of 2016 in M.C.No.74 of 2016 dated 11.01.2017, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of directing the lower Court to dispose of the said M.C. within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is granted two months time from the date of receipt of copy of this order, to pay all arrears of interim maintenance. Any payment of interim maintenance is subject to the result of final decision including on the quantum.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
