ORDER:

This petition is filed for ordering winding up of the respondent for nonpayment of debt due to the petitioner. Today, this Court has ordered winding up of the respondent in C.P.No.33 of 2013. In view of this order, no separate adjudication of this Company Petition is necessary. The petitioner is entitled to approach the Official Liquidator, as and when he issues notices, by making its claim.

The company petition is accordingly closed.
