When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri K.R.Swamy, learned counsel representing Sri K.L.N.Swamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, that pending the writ petition, the building permission has been sanctioned by the respondent authorities.

Therefore, nothing survives in the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
