UMA DEVI ORDER: (Per VRS,J) Pursuant to the earlier order, the learned counsel for the respondent-college has brought the educational qualification certificates and the conduct and transfer certificates of the petitioner to the Court. These certificates are handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Therefore, this writ petition is closed leaving it open to the college to pursue its remedy against the petitioner in case they are entitled to recover any money. It is also open to the petitioner to make a claim for whatever amount the respondents are due.

3. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
