The petitioners are A1 and A2 of Crime No.27 of 2016 of Women Police Station, Kurnool District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 498-A of I.P.C. and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, which is outcome of the report of the defacto complainant, no other than wife of A1 dated 12.05.2016.
2. Heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioners, the Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent-State (A.P.) and perused the material placed on record.
3. The bail application is disposed of, by giving liberty to the petitionersaccused Nos.1 and 2 to surrender before the Learned Magistrate concerned, with application under Section 44 of Cr.P.C. and move for regular bail with notice to learned Assistant Public Prosecutor concerned and in such event, the learned Magistrate shall grant bail with necessary conditions on the same day, including as to appearance for counselling. __________________________ Dr. B.SIVA SANKARA RAO J, 26th May, 2016 vhb
