HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Writ Petition No.5811 of 2009 ORDER:

Petitioners seek a Writ in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in not regularising the constructions made by the petitioners in the land belonging to them, total admeasuring 1200 sq.yds in Sy.No.27/1 situated at AOC Gate, Marredpally, Secunderabad, as per their applications dated 20.06.2008 and 02.12.2008 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to forthwith consider the said applications and the revised plans submitted by petitioners and regularise the constructions made by them in the above land as per the judgment dated 06.10.2008 passed in A.S.No.91/2008 on the file of I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, by collecting compounding fee and Award costs.

2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned counsel for petitioners referring the interim order dated 08.04.2009 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.7593/2009 would submit that pursuant to the said interim order, the representations made by the petitioners was considered by the authorities and in that view, no final orders need to be passed in the instant writ petition and thus requested to close the writ petition. 3) In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
