Mr. M. Adam, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the order passed by this Court on 11.10.2013 in W.P.M.P. No.
37064 of 2013 in W.P. No. 29854 of 2013, the respondent is making attempts to dispossess the petitioner.
The order dated 11.10.2013 reads thus:
"Notice.
Pending further orders, there shall be interim stay of dispossession of the petitioner from the plot in question without following due process of law."
Mr. Chetluri Srinivas, learned counsel holding for Mr. K. Mallikarjuna Rao, Advocate on record for the respondent submits that the respondent has not either dispossessed or made any attempt to dispossess the petitioner and if at all, they intend to do so, they shall follow the due process of law.
