THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.4334 of 2011 ORDER:

The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that he received instructions that the matter is settled between the parties outside the Court and that in view of the said settlement no cause survives for adjudication in the revision and that, therefore, the revision may be dismissed as infructuous.

Recording the said submissions, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
