The present writ petition is filed to declare the action of the fourth respondent in trying to demolish the compound wall constructed by the petitioner company in the land to an extent of Acs.20.32 guntas in Survey Nos.365, 366, 367 and 368 situated at Raikal Village, Farooqnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as being illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Heard Sri B.Bal Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned standing counsel for the Gram Panchayat, appearing for the fourth respondent. 3.

Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned standing counsel, submits that since the petitioner company is undertaking development activities in the subject land by laying roads etc., without obtaining any permission from the concerned Gram Panchayat, a notice was issued by the fourth respondent, on 06.12.2019, pursuant to which, the petitioner company has submitted its explanation. Learned standing counsel further submits that the fourth respondent is not taking any steps to demolish the compound wall constructed by the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said submission of the learned Standing Counsel be taken note of by this Court. The Counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner company will not take up any further activity in the subject land without obtaining permission from the concerned Gram Panchayat.

In view of the submission made by the counsel for the parties, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. 6.
