HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR Tr.CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.335 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed to withdraw O.P.No.645 of 2014 from the file of Family Court, L.B. Nagar, R.R. District and transfer the same to Family Court, Guntur for disposal in accordance with law.

2. Petitioner herein is wife and she filed her affidavit in support of the petition. According to her affidavit, she filed 498-A case against respondent/husband and the same is pending as C.C.No.267 of 2014 on the file of IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur and she also filed DVC No.33 of 2013 which is pending before Judicial First Class Magistrate, Special Mobile Court, Guntur and she also filed M.C.No.5 of 2013 and it is pending before Family Court, Guntur and respondent/husband is attending all these cases. She further sated that she is apprehending danger at Hyderabad, and considering her convenience, she prayed for transfer of O.P. from L.B. Nagar to Guntur.

3. Other side has not filed any counter and affidavit averments of petitioner remained unchallenged.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and also considering the fact that respondent/husband is attending Guntur Court in connection of 498-A case and DVC and also considering the convenience of wife, O.P.No.645 of 2014 is withdrawn from Family Court, L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy and transferred to Family Court, Guntur for disposal in accordance with law.

6. Accordingly, the Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this civil miscellaneous petition, shall stand closed.
