Sri M.V.Raj Kumar Gabriel, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 22.03.2016 to the Registry seeking to post the matter under the caption 'for Withdrawal' on the ground that he had instructions from the petitioner to that effect. Hence, today the matter is listed under the said caption.
