Since the alleged offence involved in C.C.No.195 of 2015 and C.C.No.185 of 2015 on the file of I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate are one and the same, in order to avoid, conflicting judgments, and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of both counsel, the criminal petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to conduct trial of both the cases simultaneously and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possibly.
